Oktoberfest sausages are a pride of German cuisine. Oktoberfest originally started as a wedding celebration for King Ludwig, the 1st in 1810... and since has evolved into a celebration centered on the feeling of "gemutlich" - defined as "happiness in companionship with others"... 

That being said - the perfect companion for our house-made Bavarian Oktoberfest sausage is stone ground mustard and sauerkraut! A distinctive malted barley and hops flavor perfectly compliments our pasture-raised pork.
