How to Reheat Brisket

  1. Stay away from the Microwave. 
  2. Thaw your brisket and then let it set at room temperature inside the vacuum package.
  3. Preheat your oven to 325° and place your brisket in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle the meat with some beef broth, then cover tightly with double-layer of aluminum foil. Don't go any higher than 325° to prevent drying out your brisket.
  4. Heat until the brisket is warmed through (cooking times will vary.) You'll want to reach an internal temperature of 165°.
