I live in Colorado and needed tenderloin for a family dinner in Joplin. I worked with the butcher to make sure I would have enough for everyone. He is so helpful and obviously is knowledgable! We picked up two beautifully trimmed tenderloin roasts and they were definitely the stars of the dinner!!!

This is the best butcher in the area! They have delicious fresh meat..I tried a few area butchers before I found them and they are the only ones that you get meat that is fresh just like when you have your own cow or pig butchered. It doesn't turn brown day two in the fridge or brown when you thaw it like other places. It is the only place I know with akaushi beef. The jerky, summer sausage and snack sticks are amazing!😁 They offer bundles so you can get a deal on the meat you buy as well as points for money spent that add up for discounts on purchases. I recommend it to all my friends and family.
