Welcome to J-H Cattle Co. Meat Store’s shipping information page. Below you will find detailed information regarding our product shipping policies.

Packages will arrive within 1-3 business days from the time of shipment. We ship only on Monday through Wednesday unless it’s a scheduled Federal holiday. This ensures that you receive your order in a timely fashion, and that it’s not stuck somewhere on the weekend.


IMPORTANT: All shipments require a physical street address. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO Box.  J-H Cattle Co. Meat Store is not responsible for damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please be sure to double-check all addresses when making an order.

Shipping Times
Orders placed before midnight will be shipped the next available shipping day.  
We ship Monday – Wednesday. (Unless it’s a scheduled UPS holiday.)

SUN - All orders received today will ship Monday

MON - Orders received by 10:00 AM CST will ship Today! Orders received after 10:00 AM CST will ship TUES

TUES - Orders received by 10:00 AM CST will ship Today! Orders received after 10:00 AM CST will ship WED

WED - Orders received by 10:00 AM CST will ship Today! Orders received after 10:00 AM CST will ship MON

THURS - All orders received today will ship Monday

FRI - All orders received today will ship Monday

SAT - All orders received today will ship Monday

Shipping Rate Information
Each cut of our American Wagyu Akaushi beef is individually vacuum-packed, and flash frozen at the peak of aged tenderness. Your order will be packed in a reusable insulated container containing dry ice. Your products may arrive completely frozen or partially thawed. If you are wanting to cook your beef for a particular date, we suggest having your package arrive a few days in advance to allow the beef to properly thaw in the refrigerator.

All packages, except gift certificates, are delivered within 1-3 business days from the time of shipping. J-H Cattle Co. Meat Store ships to all physical addresses in the continental United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. All orders shipped with “No Signature Required”.

Our Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

Our Refund Policy
The following reasons are covered under our policy:

  • Damaged items (unrelated to carrier)
  • Missing items

Please contact us with any issues regarding your order. Resolutions to reported issues may include replacement of the product in question, credit towards your next order, or a partial/full refund.
