How to Reheat Brisket
- Stay away from the Microwave.
- Thaw your brisket and then let it set at room temperature inside the vacuum package.
- Preheat your oven to 325° and place your brisket in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle the meat with some beef broth, then cover tightly with double-layer of aluminum foil. Don't go any higher than 325° to prevent drying out your brisket.
- Heat until the brisket is warmed through (cooking times will vary.) You'll want to reach an internal temperature of 165°.
